Introducing Our CYN Builders: Meet Ibrahim Ansah
Sometimes, the people who understand the importance of an opportunity best are those who know what it means to grow up without enough of them. And when they get the chance, they choose to make the journey a little easier for someone else.
Through the Community Youth Network (CYN), we are bringing together young people who are ready to share their experiences, inspire others, and help create more opportunities for rural communities.
Meet Ibrahim Ansah, our next CYN Builder!

I am Ibrahim Ansah, a graduate from the University of Ghana with interests in Accounting, Finance, ESG, and Risk Management. As someone who grew up in a less endowed community, I love to partake in capacity building to share my experience with people.
I currently work as a Fiscal Accountability Trainee at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy.
CYN and TBF have given me the opportunity to travel to a rural community to share my experience and encourage young ones to take their studies seriously and stay away from any negative practices.
I look forward to actively engaging young people to help them build their capacity in terms of leadership, talent, education, and community involvement.
For Ibrahim, giving back is personal. Having grown up in a less endowed community, he understands how important it is for young people to have access to guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.
Through CYN, he is turning his own experiences into lessons that can inspire others to take their education seriously and make positive choices for their future.
His commitment goes beyond academic achievement. He hopes to see young people develop their leadership abilities, discover their talents, and become active contributors to their communities.
We are proud to have Ibrahim as part of our growing network of CYN Builders, young people who are choosing to use what they have learned to help others move forward.
Stay tuned as we continue introducing the people behind the Community Youth Network.
