Introducing Our CYN Builders: Building a Future Where Every Rural Young Person Counts
Behind every growing community is someone willing to invest their time, knowledge, and energy in making things better. For our first feature in the Introducing Our CYN Builders series, we spotlight a young law graduate who believes that where a child comes from should never determine how far they can go.
Meet our first CYN Builder, Grant Gregory Kwansah!

I am a law graduate with a strong interest in legal research, advocacy, leadership, and community development. I am passionate about empowering young people through mentorship, career guidance, and education, particularly those in rural communities. Through my involvement in community volunteering, I seek to contribute to initiatives that inspire young people to realize their potential and become responsible future leaders. I am committed to continuous learning, service, and making a meaningful impact in society.
CYN and TBF have provided a platform for me to meet young people who, like me, are desirous of inspiring the next generation from rural Ghana. I believe firmly that through outreaches and mentorship, both of which are facilitated by CYN and TBF, we will be able to promote education and provide support and opportunities for students in rural communities.
I look forward to seeing that children from rural communities are given an equal chance to find opportunities for economic, social and political development. I am also committed to joining the cause for the elimination of the hurdles that may hinder the progress of rural communities.
A future where every rural child has the opportunity to thrive is worth working towards. Through the Community Youth Network, we are bringing together young people who share this vision and are ready to play their part in making it a reality.
We are proud to have him as one of our CYN Builders, and we look forward to the impact he will make alongside other young people committed to building a better future for rural Ghana.
Stay tuned as we introduce more of our CYN Builders and the people behind the work of transforming rural communities, one young person at a time.
